Meet Our Team

Each member of the ICS Contract Services team has diverse commercial cleaning knowledge and brings a unique and broad perspective to their work. Though we have varied professional backgrounds and personal interests, everyone at ICS Contract Services has one thing in common: the desire to be the best. We are dedicated to providing superior service to our valued customers.


Ron Willis
President & CEO, Owner

Ron began his career in the facility maintenance industry in 1969 with Oxford Building Services/ISS. After serving in various management positions, Ron was promoted to Division President of Oxford/ISS in 1989. He joined ICS in 1992 as Chief Operating Officer and served in that capacity until August 2005, when he and his partner, Herb White, acquired the company from Rentokil Initial.

Herb White
Chief Operating Officer, Owner

Herb began his career with Oxford Building Services/ISS in 1968 and served in various management positions before joining ICS. Ron Willis, who knew Herb’s operational capabilities after 23 years of working together, brought him to ICS as a General Manager in 1992. Herb was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 1996 and in August 2005 became co-owner with Ron Willis.

Nell Willis
Chief Financial Officer

Nell joined ICS in 1990 and became the Corporate Controller in August 2001. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 1997 and now is our Chief Financial Officer.

Patti Turner
Vice President Sales and Marketing

Patti had extensive sales and marketing experience in commercial real estate services when she joined the company in 1997 as Vice President of Sales. Patti has served on the boards of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and IFMA (International Facility Managers Association). With the acquisition of the company, the role of Corporate Secretary was added to her responsibilities.

Hugh Finley
Vice President of Operations

Hugh brought ten years of experience (1988-1998) as a Branch Manager for ISS (International Service Systems) when he joined ICS as a General Manager in 1999. He was quickly promoted to Director of Operations for Office and Medical, and now holds the position of Vice President of Operations.

Brian Kingston
Vice President of Operations

Brian’s experience prior to joining ICS in 2004 was as Facilities Manager for NEC Technologies (l986-1999) and, most recently
as Facilities Manager for Atlanta Airlines Terminal Corporation (1999-2004) where he was responsible for maintenance and associated contract support services at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. He joined ICS as Director of Operations for Air Services and has been promoted to Vice President of Operations.

John Sweeney
Director of Operations

John began his career with ICS as a Project Manager in 1991. He held various management positions and was promoted in 2000 to his current position as Director of Operations for schools and colleges.

Ken Barrett
Area Manager

Ken’s janitorial career began as a Project Manager for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta in 1994. He was soon promoted to Area Manager for International Service Systems (ISS), overseeing 40 accounts and 10 managers. Ken joined ICS in 2001 and is one of our Area Managers for Offices and Medical.

Frank Edmondson
General Manager – Airport

The first fifteen years of his career (1969-1984), Frank spent in Project Management for Oxford Building Services. Between
1984 and 1999, he managed the cleaning program for Piedmont Center. Since joining ICS in 1999, he has been responsible for managing Delta Worldport and Morehouse College. He is currently a General Manager of Air Services.

Mike Lenderman
Area Manager

Mike started his career in the janitorial industry in 1974. He has over 33 years of knowledge in management and facility cleaning. Before joining ICS, Mike was an Area Manager for another janitorial company.

Durward Turner
Manager of Condominium Services / Quality Control

Durward began his career in 1973 and has over 30 years of managerial experience in the janitorial business. He has
managed many office buildings in the Atlanta area. Durward joined ICS in 1997 and is currently the Manager of Condominium Services and Quality Control.

Donna Elrod
Manager of Business Development

Donna has 20+ years of experience in practical sales strategy and negotiations in Commercial Real Estate, Construction and Facility Management. She is active in CREW Atlanta, IFMA, BOMA, and works closely with Atlanta Women’s Shelter for Homeless Women and Children in Metro Atlanta. She is currently serving in a leadership role as 2007 Chair-Community Affairs for CREW Atlanta, and on the Board of United Methodist Women.

Jeff Doss
Manager of Valet Services

Jeff has been in the service industry for the last twelve years. He has experience in sales, marketing and operations within the valet parking business. Before joining ICS, Jeff was Vice President of Sales for a national company exclusively servicing health care institutions. He has also managed operations in Atlanta such as Emory Hospital and Clinics, the Atlanta VA, as well as restaurants, hotels and special events.

Tammy Weeks
Director of Administration

Tammy has been with ICS for twelve years and handles all administrative needs such as benefits, insurance certificates, payroll, computer issues, email, network, and any other clerical needs. Tammy and her staff also handle customer service requests.
